パトンビーチとタカビーチの間に位置するビーチがカロンビーチです。3,3㎞、一直線に延びているビーチは、水・砂の質も良く、レベルの高いビーチで、砂浜はキュッキュッと音が鳴る鳴き砂からできています。ビーチ沿いにはホテル、ゲストハウス、レストランなどが立ち並んでいます。しかし、ビーチとホテル群の間に道があるため、ビーチとの一体感はあまり感じられないかもしれません。ビーチパラソルも少なく、のんびりと静かに過ごしたい人に向いています。プーケットの西側にあるため、アンダマン海に沈む夕日も見ることができます。また、コンサートやビーチボール大会などのビーチイベントも開催されることもあるので、催し物にもチェックを入れておくのもよいでしょう。
